I read this somewhere, and chances are you have read it too, or atleast heard about it. Apparently, if you do something for 21 consecutive days, it becomes a habit. I have never really tried this. But lately I have been wondering what I could do to spread a message far and wide – my message that this world needs a LOT more kindness in it to make it a better place for our future generations to live in. There arent a whole lot of things I excel at, I mean, my list wouldnt fill a book, but I know I write fairly well. So the best thing I could do to spread my message is write. Write about it a LOT.
I’m hoping to make kindness a habit. Most of us arent unkind, generally. But imagine if you made kindness a HABIT. Imagine the ripple effect it would have on the people you deal with on a daily basis..on your children, on their friends..You could really become a better person if you CHOSE to make kindness your most prominent characteristic. Imagine each kind person radiating positive energy and inspiring their circle of family, friends and acquaintances . Those people will then radiate that positivity too..
I am hoping to consciously practice kindness atleast for the next 21 days, just to see what effect it has on me and people surrounding me. Perhaps I can make it a habit. Come, join me!
